User Research I Navigational Model development I UX wireframes
This new app is aimed to align to the established flow, the sales agents use in real world to manage leads. To understand the user needs and their existing systems, I did stakeholder interviews and focus groups with the internal team of sales agents.
Based on that understanding and feature requirement build the information architecture options for possible navigational models .Then, UX wireframes were done for the selected navigational model.
