With over 10 years of work experience in design and research and a Masters in Design (IIT Kanpur) which was focussed on user centric design, I have a strong grip on design psychology principles, UX heuristics and hands-on knowledge of various research methodologies and design process.

I led the design team of Aasaanjobs.com to create around 10+ apps from scratch to a stabilized state for 2 years. I also  co-founded a Design Consultancy. which ran successfully for 5 years

I have worked on a variety of B2B  and B2C projects across industries - Fintech, Digital Entertainment, Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, AI, Recruitment amongst others. And now I bring in all my business and design learnings to marry it with user’s need in every project.
