Scribehow is a step-by-step guide creation tool. 
Its a SaaS tool that allows users across enterprises, and small organizations to create step-by-step automated guides.

Scribe automatically creates a how-to guide with screenshots, instructions, and clicks.
It aims to solve the challenge of knowledge sharing for individuals, teams etc. 
It is currently listed in one of Forbes 2 Billion Startup

Usability Review: 
My primary involvement as a Primary UX Design Consultant in the product was to help identify and solve the existing usability issues.

​Our learnings for the same came via user interviews and usability reviews. Then transforming each of those into actionable insights or design challenges further action was taken.The first step that I took was to do a complete heurisitic evaluation of the platform to spot key issues.

Also as it was being built in a agile way, had to understand from the current users what were their painpoints, sweetspots and also conduct contextual enquiry. Interpreting findings from hotjar were part of the issue. These findings were shared with team in form of pointers and also customer journey maps.

Building and improvement of existing new features

Some notable features I worked on were user permission systems, crop and edit feature, cleaning up navigation
