Super profs is an cloud based learning application which facilitates preparation for Indian

competitive exams like IAS, Railways etc for a time crunched individual.

​Design Approach

A Usability Review of the current platform, followed by a Need gap analysis and listen in- via recorded customer care calls was done.

Product Document and Navigation Model 

​

Based on these insights, navigation model options were developed. Product feature document was

collaboratively developed.

UX

​

 

Eventually detailed UX wireframes for the new navigational model

were developed.
